PUBLISHED NOTIFICATION FOR MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP
The Board of Directors of the United Way of DeKalb County, Inc. is calling a vote of qualified members to be held online on November 19, 2024. Qualified members will vote to affirm the Board's recommendations to amend the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
If you have provided voluntary service to or made an unrestricted undesignated monetary donation to the United Way of DeKalb County, Inc. from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023, and were 18 years of age or older at the time of the voluntary service or donation you may be eligible to vote at the Meeting of the Members.
To determine eligibility, please call the United Way of DeKalb County, Inc. at 260-927-0995 extension 3, between Monday, November 11th and Friday, November 15th during regular business hours. If it is determined that you are a Qualified Member, you will receive the meeting registration link and necessary documents. An email address is required to participate; no materials will be provided via regular post or over the phone.
