Healthy Community
We expand access to nutritious food, behavioral and physical health services, and wellness supports so every neighbor has the foundation they need to live a healthy, stable life.

Your contribution will allow us to provide funding to agencies that improve the overall health and wellness of DeKalb County residents.
In 2025-2026 we granted $55,151 through our ALICE Grants to agencies that provide services to promote a HEALTHY COMMUNITY.
Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana
- Granted $10,000 for DeKalb County Mental Health & Emotional Support Program
- Granted $20,151 for the Safe Start Mobile Outreach Program
DeKalb County Council on Aging
- Granted $25,000 to DeKalb County Council on Aging - Heimach Center & DART Transportation
In 2024-2025 we granted $100,000 through our Community Impact Grant that provide services to promote a HEALTHY COMMUNITY.
- Granted $100,000 to expand its opreations, increase the reach of its mobile food pantry, and continue ongoing community outreach initiatives such as: snack pack program, coat drive, Christmas Pantry & Shop with an Elf, and the annual 5K fundraiser. Read full press release here.
